About

Hello, my name is Dr. Nhon Lam.  I’ve been practicing chiropractic for almost nine years.  I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and grew up in San Jose, CA.  I speak both Vietnamese and Cantonese.  I graduated from Silver Creek high school in San Jose and attended De Anza College before transferring to UC Davis where I earned a bachelor of science in molecular and cellular biology.  I achieved my doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West.  I specialize in work and auto accident injuries,  sports injuries,  and rehabilitation through my unique chiropractic technique and posture correction.  I am knowledgeable in many areas of nutrition and ergonomics.  I like to run, cycle, play basketball, talk sports and spend time with my family and friends.  I hope to help as many people distress their bodies and learn how to live a healthier natural lifestyle through chiropractic care.

Philosophy

I believe in balance.  Our body was developed and designed in balance.  Unfortunately, life throws us out of balance.  From the moment we’re born even during the birthing process, one shoulder passes then the other throwing our body out of balance.  We grow up learning to use one side of our body to write and play sports like baseball and golf.  We live in a society where most of us utilize a mouse for more than 4 hours a day.  Daily life throws us out of balance; it disrupts our internal systems including immune function.  I believe chiropractic care can restore balance and provide our bodies with optimal performance.
